Chinji national Park
established in 1987, is a protected area of IUCN category II
(national park) located in Talagang Tehsil, Chakwal District,
Punjab, Pakistan. It covers a total area of . Chinji National
Park is located about 130 km from
Islamabad in the south near to Salt Range.
Landscape of Chinji National Park
The area has an imperial elevation of 2,231 feet (680 meters). Deeply eroded land of Chinji consists of sandstone to
igneous rocks, combined with small deposits of rock salt
from the Salt Range. Deep torrential streams and ravines
slope into the Soan River, which passes through the area.
Climate of the Park
The region receives an average of 537 millimeters of precipitation annually, 308 mm is in the monsoon season from July to September.
Maximum temperature is 27 °C in June and minimum is
2.2 °C in January. Frost is common in winter
season. Relative humidity can reach up to 80% in
monsoon.
Machiara National Park
Machiara National Park is a Pakistani national park
near Muzaffarabad. Establedd in 1996, the park is
located at 34' -31’ N latitude and 73' -37’ E longitude.
River Neelum, and Neelum valley are on its eastern
side while the Kaghan Valley is on the west. The park
covers an area of 33,437 acres.
Management of Machiara National Park
Machiara National Park located in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu Kashmir .
It covers about 23,437 acres area . Its managed under the AJ&K Wildlife & Fisheries Department. It is one of three priority parks under the GEF _Protected Areas Management Project, which focused on participatory planning, detailed management plans, improved infrastructure, and community involvement as well.

Geography
Hingol National Park is along the Makran coast in
southwestern Balochistan Province, southwestern
Pakistan. It lies within sections of Lasbela District, Gwadar
District, and Awaran District. The Gulf of Oman of

Management
According to independent reports, 20 staff members, 18
game watchers and 2 deputy rangers are responsible for
the management of the park. They are under the guidance
of the park manager, who reports to the conservator and
the Secretary of Wildlife, Forest, Livestock, Environment
and Tourism.
