Summary Of The Work

This report provides an analysis and evaluation of the teaching of a 
Government school, conducted during a six-week practicum session. 
It encompasses an overview of the organization, teaching, field notes, 
and action plans aimed at resolving identified issues.
Recommendations to address these issues include the formation of 
teaching and admission committees, provision of professional training 
for teachers, regular staff meetings for school and teaching
improvement, and the utilization of modern teaching methods and 
technology. Furthermore, it is adxvised that SMC funds be allocated 
for the purchase of necessary equipment for the science lab.
In conclusion, the report underscores the need for remedial action by 
school management to address the identified weaknesses and 
improve the overall functioning of the school.

Inroduction of School
Gghs Chashma is a prestigious educational institution located in Mochh, 
Mianwali, renowned for its commitment to academic excellence. Boasting 
a dedicated staff of 29 members, including EST (Elementary School 
Teacher), SESE (Senior Elementary School Educator), SST (Secondary School 
Teacher), SS (Science Teacher), and SSS (Senior Subject Specialist) teachers, 
the school provides a nurturing environment for holistic development.
Despite the absence of a playground, Gghs Chashma compensates with 33 
well-equipped rooms catering to various subjects and activities, ensuring a 
comprehensive educational experience. Additionally, the school prides 
itself on modern facilities such as a computer lab and other science labs, 
fostering practical experimentation and technological literacy among 
students.
Notably, Gghs Chashma has consistently excelled in academic 
performance. In the previous year's exams, its students achieved the 
highest marks and secured top positions in the Mochh area in both Matric 
and FSC examinations. This remarkable achievement underscores the 

school's dedication to academic rigor and student success, cementing its 
reputation as a beacon of education in the community.

chemistry, and biology instruments respectively. However, the 
practical instruments were notably old and insufficient to meet the 
needs of the students. This observation was concerning, as a well￾equipped science lab is essential for providing quality education.
Reflection/Analysis:
The inadequacy of the science lab can be attributed to the lack of 
interest from the school's management in its improvement. It is 
evident that without proper resources, students cannot receive a 
comprehensive education in science subjects. This issue underscores 
the importance of proactive management in ensuring the availability 
of adequate facilities for effective learning.
Future Action:
To address this issue, future plans should prioritize the improvement 
of the science lab. This can be achieved by leveraging the School

school activities. To address this issue, it is proposed to establish better 
coordination between parents and teachers through monthly parents￾teachers meetings aimed at improving students' learning outcomes 
and enhancing the school's standards.

Reflection/Analysis:
